Background

Pam has over 35 years in business with Fortune 500 and 100 companies. Her experience as a corporate trainer led her to explore continuous improvement in learning and development methods. Recent breakthroughs in the study of brain science, and documented success with relaxation and positive modeling for behavior management prompted her to incorporate a "whole human" focus in her consulting and training sessions.

Culture assessment and awareness makes it possible to recruit and hire the right employees for the business.  Development and training consistent with the culture creates a community of sincerely committed team members. When we are in the right job and committing to an overall goal, everyone becomes personally invested in the success of the business.

Pam returned to her native state of ND following a career in business with Qwest and as a private consultant for national and regional foundations. Her passion is community, connection and creation.  An artist of many mediums, Pam is a legacy writer, capturing genealogy stories and setting them in a historical context.  She recently expanded her art forms by becoming a stand up comic. Pam has lived in Denver, DC and Minneapolis, and is happy to call Fargo her home.
